The text is about a public park. It is called High Line Park. It was a railway line. It is situated in Manhattan.It is above ’ (au dessus de ) the streets,between 10th and 12th Avenues. people can sunbathe, watch summer programs, have a picnic, enjoy the plants. Children can run, climb and play.

Cours de révision sur CAN / CAN’T(cannot)
C’est un auxiliaire de modalité. On l’utilise pour exprimer une possibilité ( can ) ou une impossibilité ( can’t ) . il est toujours suivi de la Base Verbale ( BV ). Et comme les autres modaux ( must,will...) can est invariable,il ne prend,par exemple pas de "s" à la 3e personne du singulier.
